About Catherine Hills
Catherine Hills started QuadGens Consulting in 2006. She has an extensive background in business operations, project management, business coaching, and software development/systems integration. Catherine has a BA from Pace University and a Master’s degree from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. During her professional career, she has:

What is QuadGens?
Some people are a mile wide and an inch deep. They know a little bit about a lot of things. Other people are an inch wide and a mile deep. They know an awful lot about a limited number of topics.
QuadGens literally means "square people." I think its important to have strong set of skills and be very knowledgeable about those core skills. Be as wide as you are deep. In creating QuadGens Consulting, I have embraced my squareness.
